Charges 
We charge a set price per night for all breeds of dogs and cats.
We provide wet and dry food, plastic beds, vet bedding, bowls and heating at no extra charge.
However, you are welcome to bring your own food, light bedding and toys.

Day Care and Short Stays
We charge the same rate for day care as for an overnight.
If a pet stays for two full days and one night, we charge for two nights.
For any stays of two nights or more, we charge per night.

Drop Offs and Pick Ups
For greater flexibility, you do not need to specify particular times, rather you are welcome to drop off or collect your pets at any time within our opening hours to suit you.

Deposits
We do not, generally, ask for deposits. However, for some new customers and over some holiday periods we are asking for deposits.


Cancellation Fees

If a booking is cancelled within a week of the arrival date, a 25% cancellation fee is charged.
If a booking is cancelled within 72 hours, a 50% cancellation fee is charged.
This is because a kennel or cat pen is extremely hard to fill at short notice, and we are always turning away large numbers of customers at all times of the year.
